How to Become the Highest Version of You
Share
The highest version of you is not necessarily the busiest, most polished, or most productive woman in the room. She’s the one whose choices are starting to resemble what matters to her.
That usually begins with clarity. What kind of days leave you feeling satisfied—not just accomplished? What do you wish you practiced more often? What are you doing out of habit that no longer belongs in the life you’re building?
From there, think in three layers. Identity: how do you want to show up? Behavior: what would that look like on an ordinary Wednesday? Environment: what needs to become easier, harder, closer, or further away to support it?
Growth becomes less overwhelming when you stop treating it as one dramatic transformation. It’s a series of choices that gradually agree with each other.
And your highest self isn’t a finish line. She gets to keep learning, resting, changing her mind, and redefining success as she grows.
One small shift to try
Finish this sentence: “A more aligned version of me would make room for ___.” Put one small version of that on your calendar.
