Joining is free. Referral commission eligibility currently begins after your first qualifying personal purchase of a Becoming Irresistible playbook. Once qualified, you can earn on eligible referral purchases across the IYR shop—not just playbooks. Only qualifying personal Becoming Irresistible playbook purchases count toward the 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 10th purchase tier milestones; journal, candle, and other physical-product purchases do not advance those tiers. Your rate increases as you reach additional qualifying personal-purchase milestones:

1st qualifying personal purchase: 5% commission on qualifying referred purchases.
3rd qualifying personal purchase: 10% commission on qualifying referred purchases.
7th qualifying personal purchase: 15% commission on qualifying referred purchases.
10th qualifying personal purchase: 20% commission on qualifying referred purchases.

03. How do payouts work?

Qualifying referred purchases are tracked through your unique referral link (or an eligible affiliate coupon code when one has been assigned). Once you meet an eligible tier, your approved commissions can be paid monthly in money rather than store credit. Approved earnings are planned for monthly payout via PayPal, subject to the commission-review window, returns, and any published payout requirements.

06. Is this store credit or shopping cashback?

No. Rewards earned from successful qualifying referred purchases are monetary affiliate commissions, not automatic refunds on your own orders and not store credit, separate from member shopping discounts. Once approved and paid via PayPal, you decide how to use your earnings.
